Stephanie Lopez is a Registered Nurse, Nursing Professional Development practitioner, and master’s-prepared nurse educator with more than a decade of experience in healthcare and nursing education.

Her career has spanned clinical nursing, professional development, and learning operations, including leading large-scale education initiatives, standardizing learning processes, and supporting the professional development of nurses across a major South Florida healthcare system.

Stephanie founded Tailored CE after seeing an opportunity to make continuing education work better for today’s nurses. Her vision was simple: combine high-quality nursing education with the convenience and technology nurses expect in their everyday lives.

Today, Tailored CE is bringing that vision to life through interactive, mobile-friendly learning, built-in knowledge checks, and automated CE Broker reporting.

Tailored CE is a Florida-based nursing continuing education company built around one idea: CE should come from people who actually practice what they teach.We approve, track, and issue contact hours through the Florida Board of Nursing and CE Broker, so every course we touch, whether we built it or a partner brought it to us, meets the standard nurses and employers expect.

Our focus is expert-led education. Instead of generic, mass-produced modules, we work with the practicing clinicians, specialists, and organizations who are already doing the work and give them a fast, compliant path to deliver accredited CE under our provider status.

Tailored CE serves two groups: nurses who want CE that reflects real clinical practice, and clinicians or organizations who have the expertise and the audience but need an accredited partner to make their course count for contact hours.

We design continuing education pathways for organizations with a nursing workforce, and for the nursing professionals themselves, whether that's a hospital unit, a home health agency, a staffing company, or any business whose incredible staff deserve access to quality CE. That means:

1. Tailored CE Courses (Direct-to-Nurse)

Expert-built CE courses sold directly to nurses for license renewal. This is our own content, hosted on our platform, priced per course or by subscription.

2. ELO: Expert Led Offerings (Co-Sponsorship)

For clinicians and organizations who bring their own presenter and content. Tailored CE reviews the activity, assigns contact hours, issues a CE Broker tracking number valid for two years, and handles reporting. You are not buying content from us, you're partnering with us for accreditation.
